Job Title: QA Analyst (Web & Mobile Applications) Location: Pune Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: 2-5 years Salary: ₹3.0 – ₹4.0 LPA About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Analyst to join our growing IT team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of both web applications and mobile apps (iOS & Android) by identifying bugs, recommending improvements, and validating feature functionality before release. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to understand project requirements. Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on specifications. Perform manual and automated testing on web and mobile platforms. Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. Conduct functional, regression, UI/UX, performance, and cross-browser/device testing. Ensure responsive design and usability across various devices and platforms. Validate backend APIs using tools like Postman or Swagger. Work with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues. Maintain thorough documentation of test processes and results. Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience in QA for both web and mobile applications. Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. Experience with manual testing and basic automation frameworks (like Selenium, Appium, or Cypress). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in testing mobile apps on Android and iOS platforms. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Nice to Have: Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.). Experience with automated performance/load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). Familiarity with analytics and crash reporting tools (Firebase, Crashlytics, etc.). Show more Show less
