As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that all processes meet the highest quality standards while continuously identifying areas for improvement. If you have at least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within a BPO environment, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Strong knowledge of QC tools and methodologies. Perform call calibration and data monitoring. Analyze statistical data and provide actionable insights to improve performance. Conduct regular quality assurance audits to ensure process consistency. Monitor data and prepare detailed performance reports. Utilize QC tools to assess process quality and suggest improvements. Conduct call calibration sessions for ongoing process improvement. Ensure all processes align with company quality standards and procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role (preferably in a BPO environment). Strong understanding of QC tools and methodologies. Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform data analysis and create detailed, actionable reports.
