Job Description

Job Description: The Quality Analyst is responsible for upholding stringent internal quality standards, conducting call quality audits, and providing feedback to executives. This role involves identifying process and productivity improvement opportunities in collaboration with other teams. Job Role : Listen to B2B lead calls and qualify them based on predefined quality parameters for the specified campaign under audit. Coach and mentor executives to improve their productivity and quality. Identify training and development needs of executives and design and deliver impactful training programs in consultation with the delivery and HR teams. Identify operational challenges and represent them effectively to improve internal quality, delivery, and operations processes. Work closely with other functions to optimize resource productivity. Publish lead reports detailing the number of leads qualified or disqualified. Skills: Proficient in conducting quality audits for B2B lead calls. Strong data analysis skills to evaluate call metrics and performance. Effective coaching and mentoring abilities to improve executive productivity and quality. Experience in identifying operational challenges and proposing process improvements. Collaborative approach to work closely with cross-functional teams for productivity optimization. Education: Bachelor s Degree preferred 1+ year of experience in a relevant domain
