Job Title: QA cum Trainer Location: Thane, Mumbai (Work from Office) Salary: ₹5.0 LPA (Negotiable up to ₹6.0–7.0 LPA for the right candidate) Work Schedule: Initial: 6 days working | Day shift Later: 5 days working | Rotational shift & rotational week offs Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic QA cum Trainer with hands-on experience in Quality Assurance for an Outbound Sales process and exposure to training functions . The ideal candidate will be well-versed with quality tools and reports, possess strong communication skills, and be fluent in English, Hindi , and Marathi or Gujarati . Key Responsibilities: Conduct Quality Audits and evaluations (paper-based and recorded) for outbound sales teams Identify training needs (TNI/TNA) and assist in delivering refresher or upskilling training sessions Support Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs and coordinate with training teams as needed Analyze call quality and performance data using QC tools Prepare and present quality reports and actionable insights to stakeholders Collaborate with operations to improve agent performance and process adherence Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in QA (preferably in Outbound Sales) Exposure to Training, TNI, TNA, and TTT – process trainer certification not mandatory Proficient in QC tools , audits, scorecards, and quality reporting Strong analytical and interpersonal skills Fluent in: English Hindi Marathi or Gujarati Thanks & Regards Deepanshi Kansal || Consultant || 8595618481 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
