Job Description

Role & responsibilities Are you passionate about ensuring the quality and accuracy of systems and reports? As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in reviewing client configurations and managing reporting projects to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment where your analytical skills and attention to detail will contribute directly to improving processes and delivering exceptional results. Join our team to make an impact and grow your expertise! Review and validate client configurations to ensure they meet established standards and requirements. Develop, generate, and maintain reports for internal and external stakeholders. Identify inconsistencies or errors in client data and work proactively to resolve them. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver accurate solutions. Oversee and contribute to client-focused projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Preferred candidate profile Degree from a reputable university or college or comparable experience. Proficiency in supporting software systems, including troubleshooting and configuration. Experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization. Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, Zendesk, or similar platforms. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Jira). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and addressing system inconsistencies. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in reporting and configuration reviews. Effective time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate across teams and document processes. A proactive approach to identifying process improvements and opportunities for optimization. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring alignment with business goals. Previous experience in quality assurance or testing environments is a plus. Experience in training or supporting end users on software solutions is a plus.
