About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead testing efforts, and drive continuous improvement in our QA processes . Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of software applications. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to identify potential issues early in the development process and contribute to improving the overall product quality. Conduct thorough manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, to identify and document defects effectively. Perform root cause analysis on defects and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution and prevent their recurrence. Continuously improve testing processes and strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our QA efforts. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to quality assurance and testing and apply relevant advancements to our QA processes. Collaborate with the QA team to create and maintain a comprehensive test environment, ensuring it accurately reflects the production environment.
