Job DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented QA Manual Engineer with hands-on experience in telecom protocols and tools, to join our growing QA team. As part of the NSS (Network Switching Subsystem) product line, you will be responsible for the manual testing of in-house telecom products, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform manual functional, regression, and integration testing on telecom-based applications and services.Analyze product requirements and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.Validate SIP-based call flows and signaling protocols using tools like Wireshark.Perform end-to-end testing of WebRTC-based communication systems.Log defects, track issues, and collaboration with developers and other QA team members.Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and QA reviews.Ensure compliance with telecom standards and help maintain documentation for test plans, cases, and results. Required Skills & Qualifications2+ years of experience in Manual Testing in the Telecom domain.Hands-on experience with Wireshark, SIP protocol analysis, and WebRTC testing.Strong understanding of telecom concepts, especially in NSS (Network Switching Subsystem).Familiarity with tools for bug tracking and test management (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, etc.).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Preferred QualificationsPrior experience working in telecom product companies or VoIP systems.Basic understanding of automation tools or scripting (a plus, not mandatory).
