Position: Quality Assurance EngineerLocation: Ahmedabad (On-site)Experience: 3–5 Years Key ResponsibilitiesPerform manual and automation testing to ensure product qualityDevelop and maintain test cases, plans, and scriptsConduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testingIdentify and track bugs using tools like JIRA or TestRailCollaborate with dev and product teams to align on requirements and fixesWork with CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automation testingValidate networking-related features and ensure ITIL/ITSM complianceAnalyze logs, support root cause analysis, and suggest improvements What We’re Looking For Bachelor's/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field3+ years of QA experience, preferably in ITSM or networking productsStrong understanding of manual testing, bug tracking, and agile processesBasic experience with APIs, SQL, and performance testing tools like JMeterFamiliarity with tools like Selenium, Postman, Appium (a plus)Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, SNMP)Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript
