Job Description

a)To ensure implementation & maintenance of quality system in the company. b)To improve and Monitor the Department Objectives and to ensure Objectives are communicated down the line. c)To implement & maintain 5S activities at each level. d)Lead resolving of Customer complaints & In-house Complaints and take necessary Corrective/Preventive actions. e)Train employees on Quality Systems, Root Cause Analysis, and Problem Solving etc. f)Achieve Continual and Breakthrough improvements of the function. g)To ensure Daily disposal of Rejections & Rework materials and analysis of Major defect phenomenas on daily basis to take Corrective & Preventive actions. h)Monitor and Control of Quality documents & Records. i)To ensure the control on 4M Changes. j)Monitor and Control of Change management (ECN's & PCN's) k)To follow the ECN/ PCN process in case of change in product parameter or process change. l)To ensure Periodic Calibration of Measuring devices & equipments, Measurement System Analysis (MSA) & m)To ensure Periodic SPC study (Cp, Cpk) & Analysis are conducted as per plan and communicating the same data to customer as per requirement n)To ensure Periodic Quality Inspections & testings at Incoming, In-process & Final stages are carried out as per plan o)To interact customers regarding CTQ parameters during the development of new product along with NPD Team. p)To ensure the Daily Work Management System (DWMs) down the line are effectively followed.
