Job Title :Jr. QA Engineer Location: Gurugram (On-site) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM (1st and 3rd Saturdays off) About Darwix AI Darwix AI is a GenAI-powered platform built for enterprise revenue teams across sales, support, credit, and retail. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development, documentation, and execution of test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications. Conduct manual testing to identify bugs, usability issues, and potential improvements in functionality. Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand features and resolve issues. Record and track software defects and inconsistencies using bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, etc. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings (if Agile methodology is followed). Prepare test data and environments as per testing requirements. Provide support in regression, smoke, and integration testing. Contribute to the maintenance of QA documentation, including test reports, user manuals, and guides. Required Qualification Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Basic understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (such as Python, Java, or SQL) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced development cycle. Show more Show less
