The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback. 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within the debt collection or financial services industry.Solid understanding of U.S. collections laws, including FDCPA, TCPA, and state-level regulations.Proven experience in compliance, process improvement, and quality monitoring systems.Strong leadership skills with experience in managing or mentoring QA or operations teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and vendor relations.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present insights to leadership.
