Role & responsibilities Call monitoring and assessment of Call Center Associates for both inbound and outbound calls. Providing regular feedback to associates as per their calls measurement Assists in providing standard weekly and monthly reporting within predetermined reporting parameters. Participates in call calibration exercises. Offers suggestions for process improvement to foster exceptional customer experience. Maintains overall objectivity in supporting consistent and superior customer service. Preferred candidate profile Graduate / Post Graduate Command on MS Office Good communication skills Analytical ability
