Providing regular feedback to associates as per their calls measurement Assists in providing standard weekly and monthly reporting within predetermined reporting parameters. Participates in call calibration exercises. Offers suggestions for process improvement to foster exceptional customer experience. Maintains overall objectivity in supporting consistent and superior customer service. Preferred candidate profile: Minimum 1 year of experience in call auditing and quality assurance. Graduate / Post Graduate Command on MS Office Good communication skills Good Analytical ability
