Our focus on delivering excellence through stringent quality standards drives everything we do. We are currently looking for a Quality Check Executive to support our quality assurance team in maintaining, recording, and executing quality checks during production. Job Overview The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-line inspections, preparing quality reports, and maintaining all quality-related documentation. This is an entry-level role suitable for recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering setup. Key Responsibilities In-Process Quality Inspection • Conduct in-line inspections during the manufacturing process to ensure dimensional and visual quality. • Identify, record, and report any non-conformities or deviations from specifications. • Ensure finished parts meet customer and internal quality standards. Report Preparation & Documentation • Prepare and maintain daily quality check reports and inspection records. • Assist in the preparation of technical quality documentation and internal reports. • Maintain records of rejected items and corrective actions taken. Process Monitoring & Compliance • Monitor the quality of incoming and outgoing components. • Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues. • Ensure that quality control processes are followed consistently across shifts. Technical Understanding & Tools • Use measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools. • Understand basic engineering drawings and tolerances (training will be provided if needed). Requirements • Experience: 0–2 years in a similar quality control or inspection role in a manufacturing environment. • Education: Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred. • Technical Skills: Familiarity with measuring tools and basic inspection techniques. • Documentation Skills: Ability to maintain records and reports accurately and systematically. • Attention to Detail: Sharp eye for identifying quality defects and inconsistencies. • Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with production and quality teams.
