1) Improve the quality of work in production 2) Ensure Zero rejection or deviations at the time of Inspection before dispatch, at site and after installation 3) Get it cleared from the TPI 4) Ensure the production is carried out as per the approved documents 5) Monitor the production level at different stages to avoid the re-work and rejection at final stage3) Attend the TPI inspection and get it cleared 6) Maintain the documents of projects 7) Submit report of all projects for overall improvement 8) Look after the shop floor safety 9) Maintain the records of maintenance of plant machineries to reduce break downs 10) Fabrication & Assembly Inspection 11) Documentation
