Job Location: CHAKAN, PUNE. Job Type: On-role Perks: Lunch provided, Uniform Job Description: We are urgently hiring a Quality Control Inspector for automotive plastic components. The role involves inspecting plastic parts visually and dimensionally, identifying defects, ensuring they meet quality standards, and preparing inspection reports. You will use measuring tools like Vernier callipers, micrometres, and gauges, and follow inspection checklists to maintain product quality. Key Responsibilities: Inspect plastic parts as per drawings and standards Use quality instruments to measure and record data Identify defects like warping, shrinkage, or surface issues Maintain inspection records and daily reports Coordinate with production for quality improvements Ensure compliance with company quality procedures Candidate Profile: Qualification: ITI, Diploma, or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Plastic/Automobile Experience: 6 Months TO 5 years in quality inspection of plastic components (freshers with knowledge may also apply) Knowledge of measuring instruments and visual inspection Basic understanding of quality systems Attention to detail, team player, and willingness to work in shifts Salary: Best in industry + Lunch provided
