Develop and implement quality control policies, procedures, and standards. 2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards. 3. Identify and address quality issues, and implement corrective actions. 4. Collaborate with production, R&D, and other teams to ensure quality is integrated into all processes. 5. Develop and manage quality control metrics, reports, and dashboards. 6. Lead and train quality control team members. 7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. *Requirements:* 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality management). 2. Proven experience in quality control management. 3. Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001). 4. Excellent leadership and communication skills. 5.
