Job Description: Responsibilities : Conduct thorough manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing, to identify defects and ensure the stability of the software Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios to ensure the functional correctness and usability of the EHR system Document and track software defects, verifying bug fixes, and ensuring they are properly resolved Collaborate with developers, Scrum Master, PO, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage Contribute to test planning activities, including test strategy, test estimation, and test environment setup Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing input on user stories, acceptance criteria, and testability of features Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Sc, Software Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in manual testing of web-based applications Understanding of Selenium or any other automation tools is added advantage Strong understanding of testing methodologies and techniques Experience with test case management tools and defect tracking systems Good understanding of software development life cycle and software testing processes, Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments Basic understanding of database with quering capabilities is a plus Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving development issues Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Qualifacts is an equal opportunity employer.
