Job Description

Role & responsibilities Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards. Conduct visual inspections, measurements Maintain detailed records of inspections, including findings, measurements, and corrective actions taken Prepare reports on inspection results, summarizing findings and recommendations Analyze inspection data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the manufacturing process Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent future defects Preferred candidate profile Proficiency in reading blueprints, specifications, and other technical documentation Familiarity with measurement tools and techniques Knowledge of quality control standards and testing methods Candidate should have relevant experience Good knowledge of Forging, Casting, Machining, Gear, Welding & Stamping process Good knowledge about defect analysis & Rejection booking time to time with proper analysis Good Knowledge of ISO 9001-2015, IATF 16949-2016 & Lean Manufacturing Hands on experience in inspection for welding, fabrication, bending, laser cutting, machining, etc Knowledge of measuring instrument like Trimos, Hardness Testers, HG, Bore Gauge, etc Good Knowledge of GD&T
