Hello Job Seekers, Job opportunity for Quality Engineer Experience: 5 to 7 years Location: Urse, Pune Role & responsibilities Independent handling and testing of all types of raw materials tests as per relevant IS/IEC/BS standards, required in LT and HT grade power cables. Independent handling and testing of all electrical and physical type tests as per relevant IS/IEC/BS standards, required in all types of power cables. Independent handling of all types of acceptance tests during customer inspections of LT and HT grade power cables. Independent handling and testing of special tests required for FR-LSH, FR and LSZH categories of cables including smoke density and vertical flame spread test on vertically mounted bunched cables. Complete awareness about calibration process and calibration criteria of all types of lab testing instruments and maintaining calibration history records. Complete knowledge of about power cables in-process/manufacturing test parameters and lab testing. Handling of QMS process and maintaining QMS records. Awareness of SAP system handling process related to all type of purchase requisitions and cables releasing work.
