Job Title: Quality Estimator Surveyor Location: Kozhikode, Kerala Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Estimator Surveyor with a background in mechanical engineering and experience in the steel industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product and process quality through effective quality control, inspection, and estimation methods. Fieldwork will be an essential part of the role. Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 1 year of experience in steel manufacturing or related industries Strong knowledge of: Quality Management Systems (QMS) Inspection and testing methods Measurement and calibration procedures Steel grades and relevant standards Key Responsibilities: Conduct quality inspections at various stages of production Perform estimation tasks based on specifications and quality data Implement and maintain quality control procedures Verify product compliance with industry standards and customer requirements Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and calibrations Ensure calibration of tools and measurement instruments Prepare quality reports and support audits when required Perform on-site surveys and field quality assessments Skills Required: Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Familiarity with steel manufacturing processes and standards Proficient in using measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers) Strong communication and documentation skills Willingness to travel for field inspections as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
