Job Description

1. Develop, communicate, and implement quality standards across the organization to ensure products meet customer expectations 2. Guide teams to align activities with KGTL s defined quality benchmarks. Target Market Analysis 1. Identify and understand customer needs and market requirements 2. Align product offerings to meet the quality standards expected by target markets Create Processes to Deliver Quality 1. Design and implement robust processes to ensure end-to-end quality management from production to after-sales service 2. Address customer queries and complaints to ensure satisfaction, delivering high-quality service. Standards and Certifications Compliance 1. Cross-verify and ensure compliance with international standards and certifications (ISO, IEC). 2. Monitor adherence to mandatory standards required in various countries (e.g., Europe, USA) to ensure product liability compliance. Global Supplier Quality Management 1. Conduct PPAP audits at supplier sites and ensure adherence to the Global Supplier Quality Manual . 2. Oversee supplier quality assessments, product verification, compliance audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. ISO Standards Implementation 1. Lead the implementation and monitoring of ISO 9000 and ISO 9001 standards for Quality Management Systems and Occupational Health & Safety 2. Ensure compliance with defined guidelines, processes, and customer satisfaction goals. KPIs (Measurable parameters of the role ) Product Quality Compliance Supplier Quality Audits Customer Complaint Resolution Process Improvement Initiatives Knowledge (Technical / Functional) Experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control roles within a manufacturing setup. Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Engineering/Quality Management or a related field. Experience - 8 to 12 years
