Quality Inspector

Job Description

Oversee day-to-day activities of the quality assurance team. Assign tasks and monitor performance of quality inspectors or technicians. Ensure products meet quality standards and customer expectations. Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions. Prepare detailed quality reports for management review. Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory and company standards. Perform the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) for the received materials. Carry out PDI as per the material inspection checklist. Ensure completion of PDI for all incoming materials prior to acceptance.
