Forged components flange inspection & testing acc. to B16.5 Inspection and testing of threading parts and report review Stage wise fit up & dimensional inspection of fabrication parts (preferably EJ assembly) Welding inspection of PT,RT, & RTFI as level 2 (acc to ASME & EN 17025) Inspection & approval of EJ assemblies against-PED,IBR & ASME-U stamp requirements Blasting & Painting inspection acc to ISO 12944 Heat treatment/Annealing/PWHT Inspection and report view Production stage rejection/rework monitoring & analysis Knowledge on ASTM Sec. II & Sec V,EJMA standards & B31.3 standards Refractory inspection & clearance acc.to UOP,ASTM C865 standard Preferred candidate profile A Candidate with minimum 2 to 3 years experience in Pressure vessel/Fabrication/ Expansion joint manufacturing industries
