Role & responsibilities 1 Ensure accurate & on time Daily/weekly / monthly quality parameter testing of consumables, raw material , Finished Goods as per guidelines. 2 Prepare , Maintain & Upload all Quality test reports online on the software 3 Maintain all the Quality Lab machines are up to date & are in good working condition. 4 Manage day to day activities In Quality lab efficiently. 5 Prepare & implement stage wise inspection Procedure for Raw Material, Work In Process & Finished Goods. 6 Prepare & implement testing process in Quality LAB as per QMS plan and applicable standard. 7 Ensure all the quality tests are a caried out as per the laid down norms. Zero deviation in quality policy. Zero customer complaints, zero rejection. 8 Provide clearance to production team of usage of Raw Material, Simi Finished / Finished Goods for next step of Production 9 Implement process improvement initiatives like KIZEN / 6 SIGMA / TPM etc i.e. min 10 % reduction in operating cost YOY. 10 Ensure housekeeping and over all upkeepment of the Quality Lab. 11 Ensure All the equiments - Spectrometer, UTM, Carbon Sulphur Apparatus, Impact Tester , Chemical Analysis, Oven etc Preferred candidate profile With prior experience in Mechanical testing lab of Steel, Auto Component Industry Perks and benefits
