Master Degree in Mechanical engineering or Chemical engineering - MUST We seek at least 5 to 10 years of experience of quality management in a similar process in steel , chemical or automotive industry Desirable to have experience in: - Mechanical process - Galvanic process - Metallurgy - Laboratory Role & responsibilities The quality manager will be in charge of ensuring that all products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach the consumer. Preferred candidate profile Skills: - People management - Result driven approach. - Problem Solving - Lean thinking - Accountability - Knowledge of metallurgy - Knowledge of laboratory equipment - Knowledge of galvanic process and mechanical process; Task and Duties: - Support the implementation of the integrated management system according to the group guidelines; - Implementing the group quality system: -Implementation of the Control plans; -Managing the NC goods; -Supporting the rework process; -Ensuring the correct identification of the material in the production field; -Monitoring the KPI and sharing them; -Maintenance of the Shopfloor management; - Managing the product quality team; - Guarantee the laboratory results to monitor the main features of the products and processes; - Guarantee the correct management of the products certificates; - Managing the Supplier claims from a technical point of view; - Managing the Customer claims from a technical point of view; - Suggesting to the production dept containment and corrective actions for the non conformity; - Proposing continues improvement projects to his functional and hierarchical managers; - Implementing the internal audit plan - Defining and planning technical training for the company employee; Perks and benefits Transport Facility from Pune City Canteen + Meal Facility Mediclaim Facility Competitive Policies for employees Opportunity to work with Global leaders 5 Days working for Leaders
