Job Description A head of quality assurance for solar module manufacturing is responsible for ensuring that solar modules meet quality standards, safety regulations, and customer expectations. They also manage the quality assurance process for solar modules and cells. Key responsibilities of a Quality Head: • Responsible for all levels of Quality Assurance and Control like Incoming Quality Control, In Process Quality Control and Final Quality Assurance of the Solar Photovoltaic Modules • Product and process audit to ensure the stability of the process and quality of product at each stage of the Solar Photovoltaic modules manufacturing process & measure the process performance • Design & Development of Solar PV Modules as per customer requirements • MIS Preparation and ISO Documentation to prepare the Various Quality Reports and maintain the activity of Document Control as per the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 • Complete Accountability & the Inspection of Visual, Electrical, and Final Quality Parameters of the Solar Panel • Ensures compliance with the customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, regulatory and external standards • Improvement in the production process to reduce rework, and rejections • Manpower management with proper utilization to get maximum efficient output • Implementation of Various Quality Standard tools • Responsible for maintaining quality standards across projects carrying out a inspection, Customer audits & third-party inspections Required skills and qualifications: B. Tech / Diploma with experience in quality control and quality assurance Knowledge of PV module reliability and quality Experience with PV module technical design, manufacturing, and quality control Experience with technical product management and technical utilization Experience with daily contact with clients Education Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Electronic / Mechanical Experience: 10-15 Years Salary : Upto 12 Lakh PA Location : Bhayala Ahmedabad Interested Candidate share your update CV hr@kosolenergie.com / call on 6357080040 Show more Show less
