Position- Quality Head Unit - Machining and Forging Plant Exp- 10+ Years Role & responsibilities 1. Expert in All type of hot forging product - Press , Hammer 2. Expert in lead quality assurance / Control (QA and QC) Department 3. Quality Management system (QMS) Implementation and Sustenance 4. Project lead for New Product development (NPD) for forged, Machined Parts 5. Work with Design and Development team for RFQ Technical Fesibility Assessment 6. Apply Analytic Tool like 7QC, RCA tools, 8D, Run charts 7. Implement QA system to assure 100% Quality - TFS, APQP, PFMEA, PPAP. 8. Conduct Audits for QA - QMS Audits, Process and Product Audit, Dock Audit, Supplier Evaluation Audit. 9. Forging QA - UDS, DPR, 1st piece, die and tool correction 10. Implemnt right inspection method and gauges for accuracy and speed 11. Confidently communicate with Export Customers / Global OEs to address all Quality requirements Position- Sr Engineer/ Deputy Manager Quality Unit - Machining and Forging Plant Exp- 4-6 Years Role & responsibilities 1. Handling daily rejections 2. Initiating corrective actions with CFT team 3. Handling calibration of all instruments in machine shop 4. Apply Analytic Tool like 7QC, RCA tools, 8D, Run charts 5. Implement QA system to assure 100% Quality - TFS, APQP, PFMEA, PPAP. Position- Maintenance Manager/ Sr Manager Unit - Machining Plant Exp- 10-20 Years Role & responsibilities 1 CNC Machine Maintenance Manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for 40 CNC machines, ensuring maximum uptime and operational efficiency. 2 Troubleshooting & Repairs Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic failures, minimizing downtime and maintaining production continuity. 3 Preventive Maintenance Planning Develop, implement, and monitor scheduled maintenance programs to enhance machine longevity, reliability, and efficiency. 4 Spare Parts Management Maintain optimal inventory levels of critical spare parts, ensuring availability while controlling maintenance costs. 5 Team Leadership & Training Lead, mentor, and train the maintenance team, enhancing technical skills and operational effectiveness. 6 Vendor Coordination Collaborate with OEMs and service providers for machine repairs, upgrades, and technical support. 7 Energy & Cost Optimization Implement cost-saving measures and energy-efficient practices to optimize machine performance and reduce operational expenses. 8 Safety & Compliance Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, statutory regulations, and industry best practices in maintenance operations. 9 Continuous Improvement Drive process improvements through TPM, Kaizen, and lean methodologies to enhance machine reliability and efficiency. 10 Documentation & Reporting – Maintain detailed maintenance logs, track machine performance, and prepare reports for management review.
