1. Quality Assurance Planning & Strategy: Develop the Quality Assurance (QA) strategy for the companys construction projects, focusing on maintaining high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle. Develop QA procedures, guidelines, and specifications for various construction activities, ensuring they align with industry standards and contractual requirements. Work with project teams to set quality objectives and ensure that they are met within the agreed timeline and budget. 2. Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure that all construction processes comply with quality standards and project specifications. Monitor the implementation of quality control processes for materials, workmanship, and site activities. Conduct regular quality audits on project sites to ensure adherence to approved methods and techniques. Review construction documentation, including drawings, specifications, and material submittals, to ensure compliance with quality standards. 3. Material and Product Testing: Conduct the testing and inspection of materials, ensuring compliance with the required standards and specifications (e.g., concrete, steel, tiles, etc.). Manage the testing process for both raw materials and finished work to ensure that they meet project quality and durability requirements. Ensure that all required quality certificates and testing reports are obtained from approved laboratories and maintained for project records. 4. Site Inspections & Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction activities and ensure that quality standards are being maintained. Identify quality issues on-site and work with the project team to implement corrective actions and preventive measures. Ensure that the work environment adheres to safety standards while maintaining quality. 5. Team Leadership & Training: Manage the Quality Assurance team, providing direction and guidance to ensure consistent quality practices across all construction activities. Organize training sessions for site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to improve quality awareness and best practices in construction. Continuous improvement in quality management throughout the project team. 6. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all quality assurance activities, including inspection reports, testing results, and non-conformance reports (NCRs). Prepare regular quality reports for senior management, highlighting key quality metrics, issues, and actions taken. Track quality issues, resolve them promptly, and communicate corrective actions to project teams, contractors, and clients. 7. Non-Conformance & Corrective Actions: Identify and manage non-conformances (NCRs) in construction processes and materials and take corrective and preventive action as required. Implement a corrective action plan for any deviation from quality standards or specifications. Ensure that NCRs are documented, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner, with lessons learned applied to future projects. Maintain NCR records for each team members. Analyse and rate Team members on their performance against Quality. 8. Vendor and Subcontractor Management: Work closely with vendors and subcontractors to ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout the procurement process and during construction. Verify that subcontractors and suppliers meet the companys quality standards and contract requirements. Perform inspections and audits of subcontractor work to ensure compliance with the contract’s quality parameters. 9. Regulatory Compliance & Industry Standards: Ensure that the construction process complies with all applicable local construction codes, standards, and regulations in Pune. Stay updated with the latest quality management standards and industry best practices (e.g., ISO 9001, IS Codes, etc.). Ensure that environmental and sustainability standards are incorporated into quality processes, in line with the company's green building or environmental sustainability goals. 10. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that quality deliverables meet or exceed the client’s expectations and specifications, leading to increased customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the client to understand their quality expectations and ensure that these are met through all project phases. Investigate client concerns related to quality in a professional and timely manner. Experience - 7 Years to 10 Years Location - Pune Prefer candidate from real estate .
