Role & responsibilities :- Shift in charge of QC and responsible for handling the team of QC inspectors for promoting the quality concepts and contributing in the overall quality and product excellence. 7 QC tools RCA CAPA Poka yoke Knowledge of drawing Instrumentation and calibration Handling of customer complaints Awareness of IMS. Good exposure of MS office. Good communication and presentation skills Process, product and Dock audit. Welding & Assembly PPM COPQ. MSA,SPC. process inspection and adherence of QA checklist. Incoming inspection activities as per quality plan. • •Product analysis wrt to drawing for QC check. • •Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards. • •Responsible for ensuring that each part of the manufacturing process meets quality norms. • •Co-Ordination with Planning & Production for quality issues. • •Supplier audit and preparation of visit report. • •Monthly MIS Preparation. • •Monitoring the quality technicians and delegating the assigned task. • •Product and process audit and preparation of audit report. • •Improvements initiatives. • •NPD activities and preparation of its documentation. • •Root cause analysis for the NCR both internal and external. • •Preparation of SOP and OPL as required for the process.
