The ideal candidate will have a background in foodtechnology and a keen interest in maintaining high-quality standards in foodproduction.Responsibilities: Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finishedgoods. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards. Assist in the implementation of HACCP, QMS, FSSAI, and ISO quality systems. Maintain accurate documentation of quality control processes and findings. Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues. Support audits and inspections to ensure regulatory compliance. Stay updated on food safety trends and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree BSc, MTech or MSc in Food Technology or a related field. Strong understanding of food safety standards and quality control processes. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
