Job Description

About the Role: As a Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality control of the AMR production process, including assembly inspection, visual inspection of components, wiring activities, and final robot release. This is a key role that requires a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of robotic systems and quality management. Key Responsibilities: Robot Assembly Inspection: Ensure proper assembly of robots, compliance with design specs, and identify any defects or discrepancies. Visual Inspection of Components: Conduct thorough visual inspections to check for any defects or quality concerns in robot parts and components. Wiring Activities: Oversee wiring installations to ensure compliance with safety standards and functionality requirements. Final Robot Release: Perform final checks and functionality tests on completed robots before release to ensure they meet operational and safety standards. Collaboration: Work with engineering, production, and assembly teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of quality control processes and corrective actions. Defect Analysis and Control New product validation Incoming and in-process inspection. Requirements Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, or Robotics Quality Management. Experience: Minimum [5-7] years in quality control or assurance, ideally in robotics, electronics, or manufacturing. Skills: Knowledge of robotic assembly, components, and wiring systems. Ability to conduct detailed visual inspections and identify issues. Familiarity with quality management standards (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma). Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents like assembly drawings and wiring diagrams.
