Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with industry standards. Ensure products and services meet internal and external quality benchmarks. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001). Identify, investigate, and resolve quality-related issues promptly. Conduct audits and implement corrective/preventive actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and operational efficiency. Maintain quality documentation and records as per compliance guidelines.
