Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1.Scope of job Responsible for managing the costs and contracts associated with interior fit out projects. This role involves conducting feasibility studies, preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, and overseeing contract administration. 2.Years of experience required. 2-3 years experience in the Interior fit-out, woodworking, or joinery industry 3.Skills required . Knowledge of the Interior Fit out & Joinery Industry in a pre-contract/estimation. An understanding of CAD (ability to draw would be an advantage) Preparation of detailed Bill of Quantities. Familiarity with bought-in sub-contract suppliers. The ability to work on multiple tenders and quotations at any one time. Reviewing subcontractor and supplier quotations. An understanding of CAD (ability to draw would be an advantage) Good general IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. 4.Educational qualifications required - Arch / Diploma in Civil/Interior Design • MS Office. / Autocad Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
