Job Description

Key Responsibilities: BBS Preparation: Create and verify Bar Bending Schedules. Rate Analysis & Cost Estimation: Conduct rate analysis and material/labor cost estimation. Quantity Estimation & BOQ: Prepare and update Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Budgeting & Cost Control: Track budget vs. actual costs and suggest optimizations. Procurement Support: Assist in material procurement and vendor evaluations. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain quantity records and generate cost reports. Requirements: Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. Strong skills in BBS, BOQ, rate analysis, and budgeting .
