Job Description

ROLE :- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sr. Executive – Quantity Surveyor (MEP) to oversee cost estimation, quantity verification, and budget management for MEP projects. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, expertise in BOQ preparation, and a keen eye for accuracy in tracking material usage and project costs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :- - Prepare and manage BOQs including lead, long-lead, and consumable items. - Update BOQs based on approved project changes or revisions. - Verify on-site material quantities and ensure alignment with contractor invoices. - Track material usage and identify variances such as overuse or wastage. - Prepare monthly reconciliation reports with detailed quantity data. - Maintain historical quantity records for future estimation and benchmarking. - Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and procurement teams for smooth quantity management. - Prepare PR forms based on budgeted quantities and submit for approvals. - Compile variation statements with quantity details for stakeholder submission. QUALIFICATION :- - Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, - Experience: 6+ years of experience in MEP quantity surveying within the construction or infrastructure sector. - Proficiency in BOQ preparation, cost analysis, and material tracking. - Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project estimation, and cost control methodologies. - Expertise in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
