Key Responsibilities: Attendance and Leave Management: Track daily attendance for all employees, including drivers, security guards, housekeeping staff and onsite workers etc. Manage leave balances and approvals in line with company policies. Team Supervision and Coordination: Supervise drivers, security guards, and housekeeping staff, ensuring they meet attendance and performance standards. Conduct regular check-ins and manage scheduling for team members. Address any issues related to payroll, attendance, or compliance for direct reports.
