Role & responsibilities Design and implement analytics solutions tailored to client needs. Collaborate with various teams to develop and optimize data processing systems. Write high-quality, efficient R code for data analysis, manipulation, and modeling. Troubleshoot system issues and ensure seamless performance. Analyze, visualize, and communicate data insights for informed business decision-making. Perform unit, functional, and integration testing for robust code implementation. Develop and refactor models using R programming to improve efficiency and accuracy. Create, implement, and integrate APIs for data-driven applications. Ensure coding best practices and industry standards in R programming . Document and maintain specifications for R-based interfaces . Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's/Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, IT , or equivalent experience. 2-3 years of experience in R programming (exceptions for highly skilled developers). Strong expertise in R programming for data analytics and statistical computing. Understanding of AI/ML algorithms and their applications. Experience with descriptive analytics, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis . Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Perl , etc. Hands-on experience with SQL and database technologies . Knowledge of RUnit for testing and working with REST APIs . Familiarity with business analysis, system design, and process re-engineering . Experience with configuration management tools . Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile project methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills .
