Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Report Compilation and Analysis: o Collect and compile daily, weekly, and monthly security reports from all PAN India warehouses. o Analyze security reports to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement. o Prepare consolidated reports for senior management. 2. Statutory Compliance: o Ensure all warehouses adhere to statutory guidelines and regulations related to security. o Implement updates to security protocols and guidelines as per regulatory changes. o Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance. 3. Command Control Center Management: o Oversee the daily operations of the Command Control Center. o Monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control, IP PA System, Electronic Key Management system, IDS, Patrolling beat system and alarm systems. o Coordinate with local security teams to respond to incidents promptly. 4. Incident Management: o Manage and document all security incidents, ensuring proper escalation and resolution. o Develop and implement incident response plans. o Conduct post-incident analysis and report findings. 5. Coordination and Communication: o Serve as the primary point of contact for security-related communications across all warehouses. o Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed (local WH). o Facilitate regular communication and coordination between the Command Control Center and warehouse security teams. 6. Training and Development: o Organize and conduct training sessions for warehouse security staff on updated protocols and procedures. o Ensure all security personnel are aware of and understand statutory guidelines. Continuous Improvement: o Identify opportunities to enhance security measures and implement best practices. o Stay updated with the latest security technologies and trends. o Recommend and implement improvements to the Command Control Center operations. o Digitization of security processes, implementation of security projects and follow up PAN India GS WHs.
