This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 0-2 years of experience in HR who is eager to learn and contribute to HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and administrative support.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment SupportAssist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screening of candidates.Coordinate and maintain records of interview schedules, feedback, and hiring decisions.Onboard new employees by preparing offer letters, documentation, and conducting induction sessions.Employee Records & DocumentationMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Assist with the preparation of HR-related reports and documentation as required.Employee Engagement & SupportAssist in organising employee engagement activities, training programs, and wellness initiatives.Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes.Performance Management SupportAssist in the implementation and tracking of performance appraisal systems.Help coordinate the review and feedback process for employee performance evaluations.Administrative AssistanceHandle HR administrative tasks such as updating databases, preparing HR-related correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.Ensure smooth communication between departments for HR-related processes.Compliance & Policy SupportAssist in ensuring company policies and HR practices align with local labor laws and regulations.Support in audits, investigations, and compliance checks when requiredKey Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).0 to 2 years of experience in HR or related functions (internships, part-time roles, or academic projects can be considered).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.Basic understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment processes is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.Preferred Attributes:Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.Proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to organisational growth.
