Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities: On air show as assigned (morning, mid-morning etc.) by the PH a. Includes understanding of the brand ethos and its philosophy. b. Technical knowledge of the systems required to execute the show edits, Nexgen, etc. c. Adherence to process of prep for the show and discussions of air check with the PH Build the show persona and work towards engagement with the listeners Understanding of the station and its cultural nuances and its people. Inclination towards entertainment and ability to showcase their talent. Knowledge of the related language of the station/city and its dialect (if possible) Curiosity towards learning and awareness of the evolving world around us it can range from traffic to environment. Connect with listeners at multiple touch points not just radio but also digitally as well on ground Represent the brand and client campaigns on air, on ground as well as digitally using their personal handles Digital Responsibility: Create content as per their persona and strengthen their as well as BIG FMs social handles. Competition monitoring weekly OB activations for sales as and when required Daily Promos, Teasers, Spots & Interstitials: Assist/giving voice-over in production and preparation for the daily promos, teasers, Spots and for spikes Interviews-celebrity connect: Need to maintain PR with celebrities and get required bytes for daily content. Travel to Studios, Movie Premieres, OTT Launch Events, Music Launch Events for such interviews Blogging on Internet, Podcasting of their content in Website daily.
