Read more about the Company at: http://rajoriasolarenergy.in Key Responsibilities Conduct visual, electrical and functional inspections and tests of solar panels, modules and other components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.Maintain accurate records of inspection and testing results, including non-conformance reports and ensure proper documentation of quality control procedures.Execute various tests, including but not limited to, power output tests, voltage tests, and environmental stress tests, to evaluate product performance and identify potential issues. Collect, analyse, and interpret data from inspections and tests to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement corrective actions to address identified defects or non-conformance issues, working collaboratively with production and engineering team.Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and processes to improve product quality and reduce defects. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies related to quality control. Assist in training production personnel on quality control procedures and best practices. Evaluate the quality of incoming materials and components from suppliers, ensuring they meet quality standards. Participate in internal and external quality audits, providing documentation and support as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in engineering, science, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in quality control, manufacturing, or a related field, preferably in the solar industry.Knowledge of solar panel manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and industry standards.Experience in developing and implementing quality control systems. Skills Required Proficient in using quality control tools and equipment, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
