RAN Engineer with NPO Location Gurugram Exp- 4-8 years Notice period-0 to 30 days We are looking for a skilled RAN Engineer with experience in Network Performance Optimization (NPO). The role involves optimizing radio access networks (2G/3G/4G/5G), improving KPIs, and ensuring high network quality and user experience. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize RAN performance KPIs (CSSR, DCR, HSR, throughput, etc.) Conduct network audits and performance assessments. Recommend and implement parameter changes for coverage and capacity optimization. Troubleshoot and resolve radio network issues. Work closely with RF planning, drive test, and optimization teams .
