Role & responsibilities Coordination for the completion and review of HIRA, Aspect Impact analysis for all the processesCoordination of Job Safety Analysis for non-routine activities in the Plant & ensure Contractor Field Safety Audit for contractors through the Department headsTo ensure Corrective & Preventive actions are implemented by line management for the improvements identified and also after an incident investigation process. Proactively implement and sustain at all times the requirements as per the Rane Health & Safety Management System.To implement RANE Safety Standards & Procedures and develop local work policies, procedures & guidelines.Ensuring HSE Legal requirements compliance is up to dateTo support and work closely with the Plant Heads & teams inenhancing HSE performance.Preferred candidate profile Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science Graduate. Have recognized qualification in Safety Management / SafetyEngineering (Diploma or M.Tech) from recognized institutes Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in the HSE field, preferably in a manufacturing plant profile.Have worked in good reputed organization handling people complexity, have working knowledge on behavior based Safety etc.Demonstrates technical abilities, teamwork, communication and basic analytical skills.A working knowledge on computer & skills with a working knowledge of analytics and associated software packages.Time management skills needed to maintain deadlines.
