We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to join our team as an Executive/Sr. Executive - HR & Administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various HR and administrative tasks, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance etc.Role & responsibilities - Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and motivation- Manage employee data, including attendance, leave, and benefits- Provide administrative support to the management team as requiredPreferred candidate profile - MBA-HR, MHRM, or equivalent degree.- 2 to 5 years of experience in HR and administration.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint- Familiarity with job portals.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information- Immediate joiner preferred- Local candidates preferred Perks and benefits Depends on Exeperience.
