Role & responsibilities Growing CDMO Business through the development of new leads and contacts. Assisting market intelligence and trade data analysis, collecting pricing information, conducting literature surveys, understanding raw material pricing, assisting proposal preparation, and project execution. Developing and executing marketing plans to meet the target. Collect information as per the requirements of the customer and the project and present it in the appropriate forum for business decisions. Follow-up with the internal stakeholders to debottleneck the process and ensure efficient delivery of services. Attending networking events to attract and retain clients. Maintaining and updating relevant documentation and assisting in making presentations. Support the team with other responsibilities as required and channel the request according to the internal requirements. Creating tax invoices, Service Master and Customer Master in SAP and implementing any amendments/changes in the processes. Requisite Skill Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service skills Team players with collaborative behavior skills. Capable of managing the work and meeting the deadlines. Excellent multitasking skills. Ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Willing to travel. Certification: Knowledge of Digital Marketing/Marketing and marketing fundamentals. Knowledge of SAP.
