Your Role at Novasensa You will be part of Novasensa’s core R&D team, actively contributing to the development and optimization of cutting-edge hydrometallurgical processes for battery and e-waste recycling. Your day-to-day work will include: Designing and executing lab-scale experiments in leaching, solvent extraction, precipitation, and crystallization Recording and analyzing experimental data for process improvement Developing SOPs and troubleshooting process issues using scientific literature Supporting pilot-scale process transition, including parameter definition and material handling Collaborating across teams for procurement, documentation, reporting, and vendor outreach As an early-stage startup, team members must be ready to wear many hats and contribute wherever needed—from R&D to operations, business development, GTM execution, from documentation to outreach. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role requiring adaptability, ownership, and teamwork.
