R&D Manager - Grid Tied Inverter

B. Job Objective Design Manager will be responsible for design and development of Grid Tied Solar Inverter. This role involves leading design team for development of Grid Tied Solar Inverter and deliver the product design for mass production on time with quality. C. Primary responsibilities • Drive cross functional R&D team for Design and development of Grid Tied Solar Inverter. • Overseeing the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that designs meet project specifications and regulatory requirements. • Lead product architecture including Hardware, Firmware and Mechanical Design. • Addressing design problems or issues that arise during the project. • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Production and other functions in organization to ensure on time delivery. • Ensuring resources are used effectively and that the project is delivered on time • Supervising the design team, providing feedback, and monitoring the quality of the design output. • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and design methodologies. • Providing feedback to designers to improve their work. D. Key Skills • Good knowledge of Grid Tied Inverter technology including Hardware, Firmware and Mechanical design. • Good understanding of Power Electronics, DSP and microcontrollers. • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills. • Creativity and Problem-solving skills. • Ability to execute the project within time with quality.
