Job Description:The US Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for marketing IT consultants on our bench, building new vendor relationships, and securing contract positions for our consultants. The role requires a strong background in bench sales, vendor management, lead generation, and contract rate negotiations.Responsibilities:Bench Sales & Consultant MarketingMarket consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, TN, and EAD) to direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners.Identify open contract positions for consultants through job portals, LinkedIn, vendor calls, and networking.Post consultant profiles on Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards.Submit consultants to direct clients, prime vendors, and preferred staffing partners.Coordinate with consultants on resume customization, interview preparation, and rate negotiations.Ensure quick turnaround on consultant placements by engaging multiple vendors/clients.Client & Vendor Relationship ManagementDevelop new vendor relationships and strengthen existing client partnerships.Maintain an active database of Tier-1 vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners.Initiate and manage daily outreach to hiring managers and vendors.Negotiate contract terms, bill rates, and payment schedules with clients.Handle bench movement efficiently by ensuring quick consultant placements.Lead Generation & Business DevelopmentIdentify new hiring needs from direct clients and Tier-1 vendors.Proactively generate new vendor contacts through LinkedIn, email, and cold calls.Maintain a pipeline of open contract roles for bench consultants.Track and analyze market trends, demand for skills, and high-priority job openings.Work with recruitment teams to ensure a steady flow of new consultants on the bench.Negotiation & Closing DealsNegotiate bill rates based on market conditions and client budgets.Secure contract placements with competitive rate margins.Handle contractual agreements and onboarding formalities for consultants.Ensure timely follow-ups for consultant interviews and hiring decisions.Desired Candidate Profile:Minimum 2-5 years of experience in US Bench Sales and IT staffing.Strong knowledge of H1B, GC, OPT, TN, EAD, and CPT consultant marketing.Established network of Tier-1 vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners.Expertise in using Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards.Excellent cold calling, email outreach, and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.Familiarity with US tax terms such as C2C, W2, and 1099.Experience managing bench movement and consultant onboarding.Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.Must be willing to work US business hours (Night Shift EST/PST).Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary plus high commissions per placement.Performance-based incentives with unlimited earning potential.Remote work opportunity with a fast-growing US staffing agency.Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding team.Work Location & Shift Timing:Remote (India-based)Night Shift (US Business Hours EST/PST)
