Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications using ReactJS (Function-based). Collaborate with designers and backend teams to build efficient, scalable, and high performance UI components. Work extensively with Redux Toolkit and Thunk for state management. Implement React Router (LTS) for seamless navigation and routing. Utilize React Table for advanced data handling and UI customization. Develop custom hooks to optimize component reusability and performance. Ensure application optimization for faster rendering and performance improvements. Work with TypeScript to enhance application robustness and maintainability. Implement Tailwind CSS for creating responsive and aesthetically appealing UI components. Focus on UI optimization and customization to improve the overall user experience. Develop and maintain function-based ReactJS applications with best coding practices. Implement Redux Toolkit & Thunk for efficient state management. Design and optimize UI components using Tailwind CSS and React Table. Build reusable custom hooks to improve code modularity. Optimize application performance by reducing re-renders and improving state management. Work with TypeScript to ensure type safety and enhance code maintainability. Integrate APIs seamlessly and ensure smooth data flow across components. Maintain responsive, dynamic, and scalable UI designs. Debug and fix issues related to UI, API integration, and state management. Stay updated with latest ReactJS, JavaScript, and front-end development trends. Requirements :- Strong expertise in ReactJS (Function-based components). Hands-on experience with Redux Toolkit & Thunk for state management. Proficiency in React Router (LTS) for navigation and routing. Knowledge of React Table for complex data handling. Experience in writing custom hooks for reusable functionalities. Strong understanding of JS (Advanced) and TypeScript. Experience in UI optimization and customization using Tailwind CSS. Knowledge of performance optimization techniques to improve rendering speed. Familiarity with Git and version control practices. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
